Reverse sw update iOS 26.2 to iOS 18

I just made the mistake to install iOS 26.2 on my iPad - i will never do this on my iPhone!

No one needs all these gimmics, bells and whistless .....

And i don't want to spend my time in learning all this new functions without any benefit for me.

It's wasted time and keeps me from working effective.

Why can't Apple offer a way back to my previous sw version?

I'm so happy that i kept my old iPad 9 with iOS 17 - still easy handling since many sw updates.

Who can help me to get back on my iPad 11 to iOS 18?
