Lost Apple Watch streak after upgrading iPhone

Last week, I upgraded my phone. After having a few issues, I managed to pair the watch to the new phone as well. However, this somehow reset my move streak and set me back on hitting the 1000 move/rings closed badge. I was well over 500 days in (I hit my 500 mark 6/17/2025). While all of my badges are still there, it set my move streak back to 66 days, despite not missing any days. Is there any way to restore it to where I was?

And, if i need to repair it with the new phone, how can i do that without losing any badges I've earned or restoring the streak i had? I'd hate to lose all that time and basically start all over again..

if it matters, it's a 2nd generation SE watch and iPhone 17 pro. And both have the latest iOS updates.

Apple Watch SE, watchOS 26
