How do I prevent Facebook Messenger calls from bypassing sleep focus and do not disturb on iPhone 14 Pro?

Facebook messenger apps (including messenger kids) are bypassing sleep focus and do not disturb when a call is received. How do i make this stop?

Even on vibrate the phone wakes me up so I really need the calls to stop coming through.

In your sleep focus settings, do you have Intelligent Breakthrough and Silencing turned off?

Tap “Apps”, then tap Allow Notifications From, then make sure FB Messenger is NOT on the list of apps.
