iPad startup issue: could not be recovered

Ipad recovery says this ipad encountered an issue while starting. when i touch continue it goes to ipad could not be recovered..

Did it just crash and burn???

Just changed from verizon to puretalk... maybe that's the issue

any ideas community?

Logic board failed after the latest iPadOS installation and charge. My iPad wont reboot. Told logic board fault My ipad of just 7th generation, updated the latest OS for just 1 day, after charging developed a problem. Flashing screen between apple logo and blank. Checked Apple online help and took to Apple genius desk and told my logic board has problem. I'm pretty sure it is the reason from the update and cause some problem and Apple did not notice or willing to diagnose further. As a loyal customer since ipad first generation., quality is priority from Apple, till now.

Did you go to Settings > Cellular Data > Manage … to perform the carrier transition?
