Before Tahoe, I could just copy an address from contacts and paste it on an envelope I had saved as a template in Pages. With Tahoe, you can print an envelope from "Contacts", but I can't just paste an address on a custom envelope. Any help?

As Barney-15E suggests, the Edit > Paste and Match Style does work in a Pages Classic Envelope template. You first select the placeholder text return address in the envelope, then right-click on the Address in Contacts, and choose Copy.
Tested: Pages v14.4, macOS Tahoe 26.2.

I’m assuming paste actually works and you are pasting white text. When you paste, use Paste and Match Style. Cmd-shift-opt-v
