I believe that your computer is a 2012 model. A 2012 MacBook Pro is no longer supported and is considered obsolete/vintage. I assume you used the no longer supported Boot Camp (Boot Camp Assistant User Guide for Mac - Apple Support )to install Windows. If so, you need to install the associated Boot Camp drivers. Did you use Boot Camp or did you install Windows using a Virtual Machine?
From what I gather, running Windows 11 under Boot Camp probably isn't supported by Microsoft or by Apple. One issue has to do with the TPM / Secure Boot requirement. Another has to do with drivers.
