How do I address Apple notifications about 13 viruses and a browser infection?

I am getting apple notifications that I have 13 virus detected and my browser is infected. What should I do?

Turn them off from the Notifications section of System Preferences or System Settings, or the Websites tab of Safari's preferences as applicable. They're scams.
