iPhone 16 and iPad Wi-Fi not loading Google services

By chance, do you have a VPN installed on your iPhone (used or not)? If yes, the issues you've described are often attributed to a VPN, which is neither needed or beneficial on an iPhone. If you have one, remove the profile, any associated app, restart your iPhone, then see if the issues are resolved.

So if you go to Settings > General > VPN & Device Management, there is no VPN Profile shown? And there is no VPN app on your devices? For example Nord Anti-Virus includes a VPN, which most people are not aware. Anti-Virus apps are also worthless on iPhone.
