Cannot access purchased iTunes songs on PC
i cannot get to my purchased iTunes songs on pc,
Windows, Windows 10
If you have the Apple Music (the app), Apple Devices and Apple TV apps installed in your iTunes, uninstall them as they will prevent you seeing your music library.
If that is not the problem, please tell us what steps you have taken to get the purchases onto your computer. Have you downloaded them but you cant's see them in your library, or have the purchases not even downloaded? Do you see any error messages?
