Apple One family: Music/Arcade trials for family

I have an AppleOne Family account with cloud storage, arcade, AppleTV and music

My USA household has:

iMac, MacBook Air and iPhone registered to me

iPad and iPhone registered to my wife

iPad and iMac registered to my 10yo grandson

Each of us has an individual apple account and email address

When anyone other than me tries to access Apple Music or Arcade they are offered free access for a trial period then expected to pay…

How can I set up these to best use my AppleOne account?

iPhone 16 Pro Max, iOS 26

See --> Add a family member to your shared subscriptions - Apple Support

- You can share many subscriptions from Apple, like Apple TV+ and Apple Fitness+, with your family.

- "When you share subscriptions like Apple Music, Apple Fitness+, or Apple TV+, each person sees their own preferences and recommendations — not the whole family’s. And when you share an iCloud storage plan, family members can't see each others’ photos, files, or documents."

- How to add a family member to your subscription from Apple

1. Open the Settings app.

2. Tap your name, then tap Family Sharing.

3. Tap Set Up Your Family, then follow the onscreen instructions and invite your family members.

Already set up Family Sharing? If yes, use this shortcut to jump to the troubleshooting section of the article --> Add a family member to your shared subscriptions - Apple Support

4. Eligible subscriptions are automatically shared with your family members.

Usually, you'll be setting up family sharing for that.

It will enable you to share all your apple subscriptions and select third-party app and in-app purchases as well as subscriptions. This of course includes iCloud+ Storage and Apple One subscriptions, given that you are subscribed to the family version.

For additional information about family sharing, please refer back to How to set up Family Sharing on your iPhone, iPad, or Mac - Apple Support and feel free to ask additional questions in case they come up.

Have a good day!
