How to sell an iOS app to Apple after passing Apple Developer Program?

hello communities!! I have created an iOS app application in which I want to sell it permanently at a fixed price. I have passed apple developer account, I have also done IP (interactual property) security. I have also made this app and I want to sell it at a fixed price. Can I get steps regarding this? How can I sell my app?
