How to remove Apple Fitness Awards despite deleting all fitness data?

Hello.

I was wondering if anyone has found a way to delete awards from the fitness app. I have tried deleting all fitness data, removing and redownloading the applications (health and fitness). Removing my Apple Watch and starting new set up. My iCloud health is not turned on so no data is saved but I still have awards and seem unable to get rid of them. I have am on the latest updates for software on both iPhone and watch and have submitted ideas to Apple in regards to this multiple times but hoping someone has found a way round it. Please let me know.
