Numberpad does not appear when changing Screen Time code
When I enter my correct email and passcode on Settings to change my screen time code, it will come up with enter new but the numberpad does not appear and I can‘t enter it.

If you are experiencing difficulties changing the ScreenTime passcode from iPad settings, try an alternative approach. Instead, turn-off the ScreenTime passcode altogether:
Settings > ScreenTime > Change ScreenTime Passcode > Turn Off ScreenTime Passcode
Having successfully turned-off the Passcode, restart your iPad - after which, you should be able to set a new ScreenTime Passcode.
