Accessing old I tunes library on Windows 11 laptop
Why are some songs on itunes greyed out with cloud download icon next to them? I cant play them on windows 11 . I purchased all of them.

2 possibilities. 1: The tracks have not been downloaded yet or 2 and more likely, you have not yet authorized this computer to play purchases from your account.
The first one is easily resolved by clicking on the cloud icon.
