Sorry, it’s not ver6 clear what your issue is. The App Store is a source of Apps designed and maintained by Apple. No it’s not a scam, it’s the way you download Apps to an iPhone.

The app you show a screenshot of, is used to setup alarm sensors and other devices. It is in no way a replacement App Store, so not sure why it would be a scam. Why do you think it may be a scam?

It’s also entirely free and has no other associated charges.

Perhaps if you explain your issue someone can provide assistance.

It appears to still exist: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/installer/id1468448125

Its linked to a real estate website: https://www.euroimmobiliaresrl.it/

It's not a subscription app, it has no subscription, it's free to download and has no other in-app charges outlined in its description or details.

Your screenshot shows it's entirely free. 0 pounds.

Using Amazon AWS does not make it a scam. It's a big platform. Lots of apps and services use AWS as their base platform and hosting. Nothing wrong with that.

Are you seeing a subscription for it somewhere?

What is the issue exactly?

The app. Has disappeared from the App Store. Searching on the Google it appears that it has been rebranded.

One site has what looks like a bankruptcy notice posted, but whether that’s even the same entity, or is correct?

it uses Amazon aws.

So does much of the planet, whether indirectly or directly.

it isn’t trustworthy.

…. Because the app uses Amazon, as do myriad other apps? Or untrustworthy for some other reason?

ok my fault for downloading then deleting.
it’s called installer connect

Open the App Store app > tap the circular account icon in the upper right of App Store > Apps > My Apps > find the app by scanning or by search > re-download it or not, or review the app store webpage or not.

What to do: If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support

If you are no longer using the app, delete it, and cancel any active subscriptions

We’ll need some more details on your concerns here.

The cause of your “I am not happy with App Store” is unclear, as is the reason for including this app.

If your concerns are about this app, leave a review in the App Store, and potentially send feedback on the app to Apple. Both of these are available on the App Store page for that app.
