Was Preview app on iPad after iPadOS update?

Preview app on iPad A16

I noticed a new app called Preview on my iPad A16 which possibly downloaded when I moved from iPadOS 18.? to iPadOS 26.2. It appeared when I was looking at my files and because it annoyed me at the time I deleted it but would now like to try it again but cannot find it in the app store. I searched here in the community and found a result that stated Preview is only a Mac app & not an iPad app so I searched and found the user guide and the icon was exactly the same.

My question is was it in the iPadOS 26.2 download as a trial or possibly an error occured?

Thanks in advance if anyone can answer this for me.

Eg says:
