I deleted instagram from my phone for a week.
today I tried to re-download from the App Store and I’m getting the notification “Instagram no longer available. The developer has removed this app from the App Store”.
since this is Instagram I’m sure they haven’t removed the app. How can I download it again? iPhone 17, iOS 26.2

Just tried again to re-download apps. And it worked.
Seems they are fixing that.

Same issue with Twitter and Alipay apps on my iPhone (26.2.1) today. Just deleted these two and can't get them back.

Reboot does not help.
Same problems here, only certain apps work to download.
