How to download Messages from iPhone to Mac?
How do I download my Messages from my iPhone to my Mac? I want to save my conversations as a permanent record.

If you are using the same Apple Account for Messages on the Mac as on the iPhone, the Messages should apparently on your Mac directly in the Mac's messages apps.
For messages from non-Apple devices, like Android phones, you can use Text Message Forwarding.
