No, this is a user to user Support Site where Apple does not participate in providing support. Feedback is sent to Apple directly using the link here where your concern will be heard by Apple.

What you are looking for is a Feature Request using Safari and that is one of the options when sending Feedback. If it was a Support solution that we were unable to resolve here, then you would be provided the link to Contact Apple directly on their support line, but that is not the case. Posting here in hopes that Apple will see or respond to your post is not what this User to User Support Site is, so the correct answer is to send Feedback to Apple using the Feature Request under Feedback Type when you submit it.
