You're going to need to give a full explanation about what is happening. No one here reads minds. BTW, this is volunteer tech support. No one here works for Apple.


What is the app? What are you supposed to get from a subscription? What is happening instead? What have you tried to solve the issue yourself?


We need all the information about your issue to understand what is occurring and how we might help.
