Ooma Office for Mac desktop notifications are not working

Can not get notifications to work with Ooma Office for Mac desktop. I have contacted Ooma support, they have no idea why. I have all notifications on for it. Any suggestions?

Mac Studio, macOS 26.2

I found the solution myself, maybe this will help somebody else when things like this happen. It was because of the default FOCUS MODE. It needs to add an ALLOW APP to it.
