How to check Photos app login activity on Apple TV?

Hi,

I am separating from my wife and during this process the Apple TV has still been used in our house. I suspect my ex wife has logged into the photos app however I am unsure about this. It was not previously logged in but she may have my password or have guessed it and logged out after the fact.

Is there any way to check if there has been login activity specifically for an app on Apple TV?

Where is Apple TV+ logged in? Is there a way to see where Apple TV+ is logged in? From what I've found it seems that you should be able to look at your devices using your Apple ID but this does not seem to be accurate for me. There are no unrecognized devices in my list yet I continue to see shows that I haven't watched in my "Up Next" list. The shows advance in episodes so it's clear that they are being viewed somewhere but not on any of my devices. I've not shared my login with anyone so I'm unsure how this is happening and would like to find a way to determine where the streaming service is logged in or at least log all sessions out.
