I shared my password with a partner who I no longer speak with and I want to remove them from my devices. When I navigate to their TV in my devices section it tells me 'Cannot Remove Device From Account on the Web' I have tried this on mobile and on PC. The icon on the devices section is greyed out unlike other ones if this makes a difference.

If you have a PC, try getting the list through the iCloud for Windows app [user guide].
Be sure to also change your Account password, else they will be able to sign back in without issues.

Just this step alone would already block use of the account on devices, as any access that needs to be authorized (e.g. playback of subscription content or library content) will prompt for the Account password, as the stored credentials will fail.
