Why does my new Apple Watch SE 3 does not vibrates when a new notification comes in (whatsapp, and other apps) but it does normally. Anyone knows how to fix it? I tried different ways like on Silent modes and my Haptics etc are all on and i am not sure whats the problem.

Did you already try to force restart your iPhone and Apple Watch?

To force restart your watch, press and hold the Digital Crown and the Side button together for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again.
Also make sure, that in the settings for notifications on your Watch app on your iPhone, -> Mirror iPhone Alerts From -> WhatsApp is enabled, for example.
