HomePods suddenly playing music on their own

I have two HomePods set up as the default speakers for my Apple TV. For the last few weeks, they’ve started playing music by themselves, completely randomly.

The worst part: it often happens while I’m watching a movie, and suddenly Apple Music starts blasting a song at full volume out of nowhere. Today it happened more than 10 times within a single hour.

I’ve checked automations, turned off “Hey Siri,” restarted everything, and made sure no one else is controlling them. Still happening.

Please someone at Apple fix this.
