Hello,

I am contacting you because I am experiencing an issue with my iPhone.

I am unable to change my iPhone lock passcode because my Face ID is disabled.

In addition, the anti-theft protection feature is not working, which completely prevents me from changing the passcode or accessing the required security settings.

I have already tried the basic troubleshooting steps, but the issue still persists.

I would appreciate your assistance or guidance on how to restore access and secure my iPhone.

Actually, the “anti-theft protection feature” (Stolen Device Protection) is working perfectly, just as designed. Turning it off requires Face ID, which is malfunctioning on your iPhone.
