Apple Intelligence not in iPad Settings after iOS 26 update
Apple intelligence doesn’t appear in settings on my iPad just updated with iOS 26
iPad Air, iPadOS 26

You need an iPad with the M1 chip (or later) to get Apple Intelligence. That would be an iPad Air 5th generation, or iPad Air M2, or iPad Air M3.
