Can't see the latest releases for Apple TV shows on my Apple TV

I can see and play Shrinking season 3 and H/Jack season 2 on my iPhone and Mac mini, but my Apple TV will not show them. I can cast from my phone to the Apple TV, but WHY? Makes no sense.

I have restarted my Apple TV, ensured it is running the latest OS, killed and restarted the app, signed out of my account and back in, and nothing works.

Both shows were released in Jan 2026, and I can't watch them on my Apple TV device like I always do.

Can't find anything about this issue when I Google it. Stuck with no resolution.

Your watchlist (Up Next/Continue Watching) would be linked to your personal Apple Account.

If your Apple TV box has multiple user accounts, then please verify that the same Apple Account (as on your iPhone and Mac) is the *active* account on that Apple TV box device.

Just off the 40 min support call with Apple. They said, yup, know issue, hopefully the next tvOS release will fix the issue. I am on 26.2 at the moment.

It would be nice if they published known issues so we didn't have to waste time calling and describing the issue to 3 different levels of tech support, and then get to the Sr Tech who just wants you off the phone because he knows it is a known issue.

If the issue persists, then please contact the Apple Support staff for further assistance. They may be able to look at it deeper in a more direct conversation. Contact Apple for support and service (phone numbers) or start your support request online (chat/email/callback).

All three of my Apple TV in the house have this same issue. Seems to be an account issue but I have never had issues with new releases not showing up until the last month or so. First noticed when H/ack the season 2 was released. Have to cast it from my phone to my Apple TV. Why would it work on my iPhone with the same account credentials but not my Apple TV when it has always worked in the past.

I removed all other accounts and did a full factory reset no luck.
