I'm trying to cast a local TV broadcast to my Apple TV 4K 128GB, when pushing the icon on my screen only my Google device and SONOS appear in sight to select
For shure I'm doing something wrong, the only question is what?

Check airplay settings on Apple TV and make sure it's on the same network as the device you are trying to cast from. Also, some providers may block video from casting, in which case only speakers will appear.

Casting is a Google only protocol. Apple devices do not support Casting. They support AirPlay.
Unless your Google device supports Airplay it won't be able to stream to the Apple TV.
