How to obtain a SCBO file online for Mac Pro unlock?

I need a SCBO file to unlock my Mac Pro. Can apple support provide it online? I have all the proofs of ownership

You will have to contact online Apple support to find out for sure, but according to the only public Apple article regarding the firmware password lock of Intel Macs, it says you need to take the Mac to an Apple Store or an Apple Authorized Service Provider for assistance if you do not know the firmware password.
