It's hard to know what's going on without more information. Turning things on and off adds some confusion, as well. There is nothing special about 10 days.

What do you see when you open the Photos app? How many pictures does it say (under Library) that you have? What do you see in Recently Deleted in Photos? At your account at iCloud.com, how many pictures to you have? What's in Recently Deleted there?

How much free space is available on your phone? You can see that at Settings>General>iPhone Storage. Mine says 76.64 GB of 128 GB used-- what does yours say? How about at iCloud.com?

Here's something to try that won't hurt and might help-- forced restart:

Force restart iPhone - Apple Support

This is different from a simple Power Off. I had to continue holding the button down past the "slide to power off" message, and then I released the button only after  the Apple Logo appeared indicating a re-start.

Let us know what you find…

I'm not sure what I'm seeing. This is mine:

I have 17000 pictures, and I use Optimize storage. What do you have?

This isn't a cache. "Cache" is temporary storage, usually to speed up loading. Documents and Data refers to the entire Photos Library-- all the pictures, and all the information about them.

I don't see the Photos app-- have you deleted the Photos app?
