2TB option is missing for upgrading icloud

I have requested a refund for my iCloud storage payment since it was paid with the wrong card, and now I can't upgrade it back to 2TB, it only shows 6TB and 12 TB for the upgrade, how can I buy the 2TB again?

Contact Apple support:

Best way:

Install the Apple Support app on your iPhone or iPad - you can contact support directly from the app, and the tech will have (with your permission) access to diagnostic data on your device

Other options:

- Click on “Support” at the top or bottom of this page
- Go to Contact Official Apple Support

(Note that both of the above have options to receive a callback or chat)

- Make a Genius Bar appointment at an Apple Store→Genius Bar Reservation and Apple Support Options - Apple
- Find an Apple store or Apple partner service provider→Find Locations

Yes, because it keeps saying my free 5GD storage is full, but they only show 6TB and 12TB for upgrade
