Cannot send photos from iPhone to Mac using AirDrop

You might need to tell us more.

• What is the iOS of your iPhone?
• Have you been able to use AirDrop in the past? Is this recent behavior? Did you make a change?
• Do you have both Bluetooth and Wifi turned on for both devices? Both systems are required for AirDrop.

Is Airdrop turned on for both devices ? If you selected " contacts only " you need to have a contact for yourself in the Contacts app .

What happens when you try? Can you walk us through the exact steps you're taking?

Also, be sure Bluetooth is enabled on both devices and they are on the same WiFi netwok.
