Pages can't open .txt files with 'ё' or 'й' in filename

Windows sometimes uses a different form of Unicode normalization for file names with diacritics which can confuse MacOS. Try renaming the files with the same characters while they are on your iPad and see if they will open then.

Both Pages v14.4 and v15.1 open a filename containing the ë character in the filename.

Tested: macOS Tahoe 26.2.1 and iPadOS 26.2.1.
