@apple, trying to request the refund for Scrl application, the money has been deducted, apple won’t let me request a refund despite of trying hundred times because apparently “it has not been paid for”, have the screenshot of the payment and everything.
help me chat, will @apple give me my money back. Also, btw, the autopay was supposed to happen tomorrow, it happened today!!
So frustrating!

This is a user to user forum. We can't intercede on your behalf with Apple regarding refunds. We have no way of making Apple grant you a refund.
If the charge was not completed yet, then there is nothing to refund, and you will need to let it compete correctly and then request the refund.
If it has already been completed, then you should be able to see it at https://reportaproblem.apple.com and request a refund there. Do note Refunds are not guaranteed, Apple can deny refunds at their discretion.
Also note if the charge was for a subscription, you will need to cancel the subscription before requesting the refund.
