Touch Pad not responding even after multiple restores

my ipad 10 touch pad stopped working. I have done restore many times and still the touch screen will not respond to any touch. The ipad has not been dropped or damaged. The screen shows the correct time and date but not touchpad response to even put in my passcode and no response to sliding the turn off slide.
