A. Single-Out this Trackpad:
Use an External Mouse: Any difference? If the right arrow key is stalled, then it is a bug in the iOS or the current user, or it is a hardware issue.
B. Single-Out this User:
For troubleshooting purposes, create an Administrator user, and se if you get this error. If not, then it is an issue pertaining to the current user. If so, then it is an issue with the macOS. Trash this Administrator user you've just created.
C. Boot in Safe Mode:

It's in warranty. If TheLittles' steps do not work, have Apple evaluate.
