To erase your iPhone 13 remotely using iPhone 16 is only possible if FindMy feature is enabled in iPhone 13.
1st Way - Open FindMy App in iPhone 16 > devices > select iPhone 13 > erase your iPhone
Note : Apple Account in both devices should be same.
2nd Way - Go to site icloud.com/find > Sign-in using apple account of iPhone 13 > Mark the device as lost or erase remotely.
