How to get real support from Apple consultants?

Contact support chats never answer my requests because I should be chatting hours with them and disclosing of my personal information. How can I get real support from apple consultants ?

Not sure what you mean by "Apple Consultant".



When you use the chat option or call option in Apple's the https://getsupport.apple.com website you get direct contact with Apple Support personnel. Personal information should not be required unless the issue you are having calls for it in some way. In regular circumstances it should not be requested.


Beyond that, you can use the numbers in the following web page to place a call to Apple Support in your country.

If you are using some other method of getting into a chat, it may not be Apple or Apple support you are actually chatting with.

The people on these forums have no official ties to Apple and are just everyday users. Some issues can only be resolved by Apple, or Apple has access to features that we do not. On the other hand I have seen forum members come up with more creative solutions that aren't part of Support's standard toolbox.
