Can't watch Landman season 2 though I have a subscription

I've signed up for the in-app-access to Sky Showtime to watch Landman but three episodes into the second season it just stopped. I can't access episode 4-10 even though these episodes are released. When googling this I saw others have the same problem but no solutions and Apple TV's groundbreakingly useless support doesn't offer anything but answers to frequently asked questions (pretending this is not a frequently asked question). Is there any way to contact the 3-5 high school dropouts handling technical issues for Apple TV users worldwide?

While access is set by the source content provider (SkyShowtime), Apple should be able to assist you with issues concerning content that should be accessible to you. Support staff would typically be local to your country, as they would have access to resources that matter for your country or region. Contact the Apple Media Services staff. An initial web form may first ask you for a short description of your issue, so that staff can see on their screen what it will be about.
