Getting iCloud to Show Memoji Profile:

A. Update your iPhone to the iOS Release:

If all is working on the Mac, then it seems to be a system issue, likely a glitch, as you have mentioned. So, backup your iPhone to a computer (Mac or PC), and then perform the upgrade. As for how to upgrade, other than through the iPhone itself, you can also upgrade through a computer(WiFi or Ethernet), and through Cellular (be certain you have the services to perform this upgrade through Cellular to avoid additional charges).

B. Perform a New iCloud Session:

Sign out of iCloud and then sign back in:

1. Go to: Settings app
2. Tap: [your Name] (top item)
3. Tap: Sign Out
4. Proceed from there with a sign in.

C. Turn On "Share Name and Photo":

1. Go to: Settings
2. Tap: Apps (very bottom)
3. Tap: Messages
4. Tap: Share Name and Photo
5. Choose: your Memoji
6. Set to: Update your Apple ID/iC
