Sync iPhone/iPad music to new PC iTunes library?

Hello, I’m a bit of a Luddite so please bear with me. I have been using iTunes on my PC to rip CDs and store my library and then sync that to my iPad and iPhone.

Unfortunately I have now lost my PC (don’t ask) and no longer have the iTunes library.

My question is: can I sync my existing music library on iPhone/iPad back to a new iTunes app on my new PC so I can still rip new CDs to the iTunes and then sync back to the two devices?

It seems like if I connect my iPhone to the new iTunes library on the PC then everything will be deleted, and as I have around 20,000 tracks that isn’t a great option.

Please let me know if I haven’t explained this properly and any help at all with this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Many thanks,

Lex.

I am assuming you don't have the library backed up somewhere? If that's the case, there is nothing the Apple products can do for you. In terms of library management, syncing is a one-way street from the computer to phone, with the only data going the other direction being track play data to update iTunes.

There are third-party products that allow for this. I believe it's against TOS to link them here, but you can find them thru Google. I once had to use one, albeit 17 years ago.
