Dictation in a foreign language changes keyboard setting

On MacBook Pro M1 2021, MacOS Tahoe AND BEFORE: changing de-dictation to another language (es, en) changes KEYBOARD setting and does not come back automatically, when foreign dictation is over and I am back in my and my mac's original language, which is de.

Hi Tom, I use, as foreseen, twice the fn key. Now I am in de, I leave and type the F5, then I change to en, and the keyboard changes to US. I leave, and the keyboard stays US, and for de I must start dictation again and choose de, or choose this setting in the menu.

This means, change is not reset automatically, one has to do it manually, although it would be sort of logical to choose the setting for the physically real keyboard.
