Cannot change Apple ID email, redirects to other sites
My Apple accounts email is old and I’d like to change it but it keeps sending me to other random unhelpful sites.

Here are the steps to follow. If you already have the other new email address you want to use for your Apple Account, it is all done on the same screen in your Settings and there is no need to go to another website.
Change your Apple Account primary email address - Apple Support
The email address you want to change to cannot have previously been used for another Apple Account.
