Can Apple Watch sleep mode trigger a shortcut or automation?

Can Apple Watch sleep mode trigger a shortcut or automation? I have an automation that I run when I go to sleep that shuts off lights, etc I run it using Siri. I also then set my Apple Watch into "sleep" focus mode. Is it possible to trigger a shortcut or Home-App Automation by putting my watch into sleep mode? meaning I only have to do one thing and everything I want happens?

If this is possible can anyone offer anything on how to do it?
