iPhone stuck in grayscale after app, no Focus mode

Please help get my phone off greyscale. used the app minimalist app launcher once and it has been stuck here since, even after deleing the app. It is only like this when I don't have a focus on. At the top you can see the battery has colour and when I launch apps/receive notifications they are in colour too. My accessibility greyscale setting is off and zoom filter is on none.

You’ll need to contact the developer of the app you used, Ankit Kumar. Apple does not offer support for third party software.

You may need to download the app to return settings to default. The other possibility is to try a reset of settings on your iPhone. Please follow this path,

Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset All Settings

To reset all settings on an iPhone without erasing personal data (photos, apps, music).
