I also don't know what MT5 means. When posting an abbreviate name for an app, you should at least give the full name the first time you reference the app and include the common abbreviated name in parentheses. I'm assuming it is a Windows only app for Intel/AMD CPUs since you are using MacWINE.
While WINE is very useful software, it cannot run all of the Windows apps that are out there even if you are using an Intel Mac. You need to check how compatible MT5 is with WINE, plus you may need to configure a WINE instance/bottle specifically for the MT5 app. Many times an app's installer will have issues with WINE (at least that has been a huge issue in the past...may be less of an issue these days). You need to look at the MacWINE support community for assistance in using MT5 on a Mac.
If you are using an M-series Mac, then things are even worse....especially if the MT5 app requires GPU hardware acceleration. Plus in a few years Apple will be getting rid of Rosetta 2 so you should plan accordingly for any Windows based Intel apps you may need if using an M-series Mac.
I was curious what MT5 was and a quick search only came up with MetaTrader5. If your MT5 is MetaTrader5, then there is a macOS/iOS version available in the App Store:

WINE is a program designed to let you try to run Windows applications on other systems. I don't know whether it even offers full compatibility with Windows on old Intel-based Macs.
From what I'm reading – and I could be mistaken
The 15" MacBook Air, running macOS 26.2, listed in your tag line has an Apple Silicon processor, not an Intel one; and that version of macOS does not support 32-bt applications at all.
So I am not surprised that you are unable to run MT5 (whatever MT5) under a Mac version of WINE on that Mac.
