How to request a refund for a banned X Premium account?

All you can do is try.

Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support


In most cases all transactions in the App Store are final. At times Apple may provide a compassionate refund, but it should never be expected.


Apple is not responsible for any violation of the Terms of Use for X and you will have to refer to X to see if there is a resolution. Depending on the service and severity of the violation, there may be a limited ban or an appeal process.
