Apple ID disabled for purchases due to failed payments

My Apple ID was disabled for purchases due to repeated failed payments. I’ve removed the card and reset my password. Please re-enable App Store and billing.

Apple is not here. No one here works for Apple or has access to your account.

If your payment method failed and you defaulted on a payment, your are currently in debt to Apple. Apple will not activate your account until you've made arrangements to pay the debt.
