iPhone 13 Private Browsing stuck loading

Hi all, I have an iPhone 13, with IOS 26.2 installed. My private browsing does not seem to be working for about 2 weeks now.

When a tab is opened, it opens the usual "private browsing" tab. Then when I attempt to search anything in the search field, the load bar moves slightly and then is forever stuck at about a cm of loading process. Then, it takes you to the "server stopped responding" view instead.

I've attempted the screen time fix, have refreshed the safari app and have restarted my phone. When the screen time fix is done, the search it was attempting to load opens, but the same problem then occurs when trying to open a website for the search.

Any ideas on how to fix this issue? I have never had an issue with of this type before. TIA.
